Agreement
Treelock is provided under Atlassian's standard end user agreement for Marketplace apps (the "Agreement"), together with the Provider-Specific Terms below. The provider is Javier Sivack, an independent developer based in Uruguay. Where these Provider-Specific Terms and the Agreement differ, these Provider-Specific Terms apply to the extent the Agreement allows.
Provider-Specific Terms
1. Support Policy
- Support is provided by email at javier@sealionstudios.com, in English or Spanish.
- I aim to give a first answer within two business days (Monday to Friday, Uruguay time, excluding Uruguayan public holidays).
- Support covers installing, configuring and using Treelock, and fixing defects in the app. It does not cover general Confluence administration or problems caused by Atlassian's platform, which I'll help report to Atlassian.
- The same support is available during free trials and on free licenses, on a best-effort basis.
2. Service Level Agreement
No Service Level Agreement applies. Treelock runs on Atlassian's Forge platform, so its availability depends on Atlassian's.
3. Security Measures
- Treelock runs entirely on Atlassian Forge and makes no calls to servers outside Atlassian.
- It requests only the Confluence permissions it needs, and its settings screens check that the person using them is a space admin (to change space settings) or can edit the page (to apply restrictions below it).
- It stores only Confluence IDs and settings in Forge storage; no page content or titles.
- I review and update dependencies regularly and fix security issues with priority.
Report security issues to javier@sealionstudios.com.
4. Data Protection
Treelock does not copy or store personal data outside the customer's Atlassian environment. See the Privacy Policy for details. No separate Data Protection Addendum applies.
5. How Treelock changes your content
When turned on in a space, Treelock changes the edit restrictions of pages as described in the documentation. It is off by default, and only space admins can turn it on. The customer is responsible for deciding where to use it. Turning it off stops future changes; restrictions already applied stay in place until removed.
6. Notices
